Why SUS-FUT

A fair green transition needs accessible skills.

The shift towards a circular and low-carbon economy is changing the knowledge and abilities employers need. New opportunities are emerging, but many young people still face barriers to relevant training, work experience and professional networks.

SUS-FUT responds to this gap by connecting sustainability education with practical application and employability. The project supports included youth in understanding environmental challenges, developing green and digital skills, and positioning themselves for evolving labour-market opportunities.
