Tracking employability, confidence and job readiness through participant feedback, employer perspectives and structured interviews.

Evidence & outcomes

Measure the change.

The project team reports that seven of eight participants improved their employability, six of eight increased their confidence, eight of eight improved their job readiness, and all eight completed an interview. These are supplied aggregate figures; the underlying questionnaires and interview records were not provided for review.

4.2.2 / Team-reported result

Improved employability

87.5%

7 of 8 participants reported improved employability, according to the project team. The reported rate is 17.5 percentage points above the 70% target.

4.2.3 / Team-reported result

Confidence & job readiness

75% / 100%

The team reports 8 of 8 interviewed, 6 of 8 with increased confidence, and 8 of 8 with improved job readiness. Reported confidence improvement: 75%. Reported job-readiness improvement: 100%. Interview coverage: 100%.

Interview coverage target: 100%. Reported coverage: 100%. Source records not reviewed.

4.1.3 + 4.3.3 / Employer feedback

The workplace perspective

Employers assess observed skills, workplace readiness and development needs using a separate questionnaire.

Employer response count: not supplied. Employer ratings do not replace participant self-reports.

Participants describe their own progress. Employers provide observations from work or recruitment. Interviews explore the examples behind the ratings. Together, these sources support a clearer picture of the project’s contribution.

Questionnaire toolkit / Responsible: Anaglyfo

Your experience matters.

New questionnaires prepared for this assessment. Use anonymous participant codes P01–P08 to link assessment stages. These tools do not reconstruct responses collected using an earlier questionnaire.

All questions remain visible without JavaScript when you open a panel. Fields marked * require an answer for download; “not assessed” options are available where appropriate.

01 / Participants & applicantsOpen questionnaire +

Use the same anonymous code at each stage. At application, select “Not yet assessed” for change or contribution questions. At follow-up, use recorded baseline ratings where available; clearly identify recalled ratings.

Complete this questionnaire on screen or print it using your browser. Downloading creates a file on your device; it does not send your answers to Anaglyfo. Share the file through the collection channel provided by the project team.

02 / EmployersOpen questionnaire +

Complete one assessment for one observed participant. Base ratings on direct evidence and choose “Not observed” when appropriate. Employer responses are supporting evidence and are reported separately from participant responses.

03 / Confidence & job-readiness interviewOpen questionnaire +

For the interviewer: ask the same core prompts at baseline and follow-up, record concrete examples, and avoid suggesting that improvement is expected. If no baseline exists, label comparisons as retrospective.

Assessment method & source of reported figures

Source of the figures above: aggregate counts supplied by the project team. No individual responses, baseline scores, employer ratings or interview records were supplied. The new questionnaires below are tools for subsequent collection; they are not presented as the instruments that generated the reported figures.

Proposed assessment method: the following rules guide subsequent data collection and checking. The reported aggregates have not been recalculated from responses using these rules.

Employability: count each participant once at the agreed final follow-up. A positive self-report means “Slightly improved” or “Significantly improved”, with training contribution rated at least “Somewhat”. For participants with project work experience, also record its contribution and report how many received it.

Group denominator: improved participants ÷ 8 × 100. Report missing or unassessed responses separately; do not count them as positive. If you also report a percentage among respondents, show that denominator explicitly.

Interviews: coverage equals participants whose confidence and job readiness were both assessed ÷ 8 × 100. Full coverage does not by itself demonstrate that every participant improved. Report the counts with higher confidence and readiness ratings separately.

Baseline comparisons: use paired pre/post ratings where available. If the “before” rating is recalled later, label it retrospective. Do not mix unassessed items into average scores.

Employer feedback: report the actual number of employers, assessments and unique participants covered. Exclude “Not observed” from rating averages and show the valid count for each item.

Working interpretation of 4.2.3: 100% interview coverage, with improvement assessed separately. Confirm the intended success criterion against the project’s monitoring framework before formal reporting. These are project-specific draft tools, not a validated psychometric scale.
